Command and Leadership in 5. Kp. / GD

5. Kompanie / Grossdeutschland is lead by two separate command groups. During field operations the unit is lead in authentic military fashion by those with higher rank and command authority, as was our historic counterpart. Outside of field operations, the unit is lead and managed by a board of directors in a democratic fashion, known as the Stabskompanie. Any unit member in good standing can apply to be in the Stab.
